Time stretches out, eternal, unending… the void at the beginning and end of all things coming to claim Atsumu as he stands in his borrowed house slippers by Sakusa’s door. There’s a ringing in his ears, or perhaps it’s the laughter of some vengeful god.
Sakusa’s expression doesn’t outwardly change. His eyes feel like they’re drilling holes in Atsumu’s head.

Summary
Akaashi has always had an aversion to human contact, but earlier in his life it had been bearable. It isn't until his last year of high school that it becomes intolerable. By the time he enters college, any skin contact has the potential to send him spiraling into a breathtaking panic attack.
He reconnects with Bokuto in college, and he seems to be the only person with the ability to calm Akaashi down. He finds himself relying on his old captain more and more, especially when Bokuto deems himself Akaashi's own personal guardian. Despite their connection, he can't touch Bokuto, either; no matter how badly he'd like to.

Summary
The moment they’re back in their apartment, Akaashi corners Bokuto against the wall and he already has his hands on him before he can even change out of his sweaty uniform. He slides his hands up his muscular body, feeling his toned abdomen through the thin fabric of his jersey, until he reaches his chest.
“B-babe? What are you up to there?” Bokuto pants out, jolting a bit when Akaashi squeezes his pecs, practically groping them, “We just got home. Am I really that irresistible?” He’s only half joking, covering up how flustered he is with his classic overconfidence.
“Yes.” The simple reply makes Bokuto’s heart jump up into his throat, and he stifles a groan when Akaashi presses their hips together, already getting aroused just from being jumped like this. “I saw you do that receive with your chest and I just couldn’t stop thinking about touching them, about touching your body,” he admits, “God, you’re so fucking hot...You were always buff but you really filled out.”

“Just because you’re on the opposite side of the country doesn’t mean that I’m leaving you,” he re-iterated.
Oikawa felt the warmth of Iwaizumi’s breath fan out across his cheeks when he spoke. Maybe it was the words, or maybe it was just Iwaizumi himself, but he relaxed slightly, tension dissipating from his shoulders. He slid his hands down the length of Iwaizumi's torso, gripping his waist tightly on either side instead.
“But I’m the one leaving you, not the other way around, remember?” Oikawa smiled, biting his bottom lip cheekily.
“You’re such a shit,” Iwaizumi said, but the harshness of his words was masked by the smile on his face. “I bet you won’t even miss me with all that attention you’ll get from the new girls at your school,” he added.
“That’s not true,” Oikawa shook his head in denial. “You know the only person I care about is Iwa-chan.”
Iwaizumi watched him silently for a few moments before he slid his hands around Oikawa's head, interlocking his fingers behind Oikawa's neck. “Don’t say things you don’t mean,” he said quietly, pulling their faces closer together until it wasn’t only their foreheads touching, but their noses too.

“What are you thinking about?” Oikawa hummed next to him, breaking Iwaizumi out of his reminiscing thoughts. They were riding what was the third gross bus of the day, all because Oikawa thought it would be a great idea to bus their way from Tokyo to Sendai instead of taking the train like a normal person would.
Why? Iwaizumi wasn’t sure himself but Oikawa wanted to and he had always been weak to Oikawa’s requests.
“How much of an ugly crier you’ve always been. I guess some things never change,” he replied without missing a beat. He felt a pressure against his shoulder and turned his head, prepared to deal with whatever whine would come out of Oikawa’s mouth next but surprisingly, he was met with a gentle smile and a soft hum. Oikawa had leaned his head against Iwaizumi’s shoulder, completely invading his personal space and not looking the least bit remorseful.
