Summary
There are many ways to tell a story.
In the story you’re familiar with, Ben 10 finds the watch and becomes the hero. He goes out there to help people, cocky and sure, but learns to become someone worthy of the title he so hastily claimed.
He does so on his own. With support yes, but in the end, Benjamin Kerby Tennyson is the hero, he is the last line, the one everyone counts on.
As a ten year old, that can be almost too much, and as a teenager? Say goodbye to a normal life.
But what if he wasn't alone?
It's a big galaxy out there, whose to say that someone, from a far away distant land, would find themselves in a universe so familiar yet different from their own.
Whose to say, that in this world, Ben Tennyson finds himself a watch, a future in heroism but also… a friend. One who can stand by him, step for step in those few summer months and become a legend right beside the Omnitrix Wielder.
This is the story where Vivand'r, the displaced Tamaran, becomes a figure-head of heroism in a galaxy not her own.
But that's a long time coming. Right now? She's eleven.
And she has a ways to go.

“You don’t get to decide my fate. You don’t get to decide I’m done. If I stopped every time something bigger than me said ‘enough’, I wouldn’t have lasted three wars. You’re not my god, and even if you were, I wouldn’t listen to you.”
Primus was all knowing maybe, but just like he said, he wasn’t all powerful. Primus couldn’t send him back. But Sam could.
Worst case scenario, he evaporates into nothingness, but at least that would be better than spending an eternity here, watching everyone he loves die, watching as another version of himself enjoys everything he had been fighting for.
Was it dramatic? Probably. But Sam was young, he was meant to be dramatic. And for his family, he’s done crazier things.
Or: Sam gets transported to the Transformers Prime universe and ends up messing up fate's plans for its inhabitants, for the better, or for the worse.
