Summary
It's been a good year on Dream Island, and strange things are happening. Buildings are getting ruined, wrecked or vandalised. Recovery centres on the island get tinkered with. People keep hearing horrifying sounds at night, like screams and bellows.
And every so often, someone gets attacked.
The person doing this looks a lot like one of their old friends. Someone they left on the outside of the gates and tried forgetting about.
It's not her. They know that.
It's got red skin. And wide eyes. And it never speaks. It teleports. It looks like her, its body is the same. But the mind is not her. A killer mind. One who acts as a predator. Wanting to cause chaos and ruin people's lives, be it through fear like a nightmare, or irritation like a scab.
It's hurting them.
And nothing works.
So... maybe they should open the gates for her?
After all, she's the only one it's known to not attack. So she can help them.
But.......would she?

But after his elimination, when Tennis Ball accepted it with grace, Golf Ball looked at him in a way he had never seen before.

Golf Ball, Tennis Ball, Basketball, and Test Tube spend a morning spying on Four and X, who have been standing motionless in a field for hours. They discover the incredibly boring and comically nonsexual reality of Algebralien reproduction.
That's just the beginning of the fic. The rest consists of Four screeching at people, and Test Tube and Fan realizing something truly horrible about poor MePhone's origins. Oh, and MePhone meets Remote. And then Golf Ball and Tennis Ball have a plot-irrelevant discussion about flightlessness.
The humor in this may not be suitable for younger readers.
Chapter 2 is another oneshot that has nothing to do with chapter one and is so darn boring that it felt wrong publishing it as a standalone fic, so into the box it goes.
