Summary
Life in the city was scary enough. Ever since Tommy could remember the fear of heroes and villains had been a constant in his mind. Their bloody fights could start anywhere; it was simply a part of life like the world turning or the leaves falling. Whole buildings had been demolished in their wakes, and depending on which villains were there, there were often plenty of casualties. Whenever Tommy was able to sneak through the book store to see the TV plastered above the register the screen usually depicted fires and rubble and injuries unimaginable.
However, Tommy had really hoped he’d never have to experience it himself.

This gave Tommy pause. "The fuck? I don’t have instincts, big man. Not like yours.”
"You are piglin enough. I see your hooves, and your tusks.” The brute glanced around. “This room should have triggered your instincts, kit. It’s made to help the littlest ones shift before they have control. But it should still effect you too. Especially after so long. Yet you’re suppressing it. Why?” He demanded.

Phantom turned at the familiar voice, scoffing.
“I don’t have time for your games, child,” he told Theseus, who just laughed at him from behind his obnoxiously bright red and white mask.
“Even for these?” he asked, holding up the very bag Phantom had just been carrying.
Or, Tommy tries to balance being a menace to society, living constantly in the public eye, and keeping a secret that goes against everything the entire world believes. What could possibly go wrong?

Wilbur swallowed, “We’d just be taking him from the other versions of himself.
“This one will have lacked the care you treated yours with. Even may think of you with disdain. Tragedy liked the universe almost as much as I did.”
Basically: Royalty au SBI loses Tommy to something tragic, go to a bunch of gods to get him back, then gets offered a Tommy from another dimension. Course they’re taking him. Discount child.
