It’s half a second, half a second and it feels like his world has imploded.
“Will!” Mack yanks at the door, whining as the metal creaks and groans but refuses to budge. “Fuck, Will!” Mack sucks in a sharp breath as his fist connects with glass. The driver's side window shatters but Mack barely feels the sting.
