Summary
He can’t handle losing Cas, and he especially can’t handle losing the ex-angel over something as stupid as him liking to dress up in pretty underwear because it makes him feel beautiful.
Dean will either never speak his mind or he will die of humiliation, and he far easier will take the former.
(TLDR: Dean Winchester and his macho-manly internalized shame struggles to accept the fact that he likes wearing panties. Cas shows him there's nothing wrong with it. Angst, some miscommunication, love, and smut ensue.)

Summary
When Dean’s grief is loud enough to wake him in The Empty, the entity casts Castiel out, but not without a price. He comes to in a barn in Pontiac, Illinois, with no memory of who or what he is. With nothing but an initial on the back of a photograph, and his heart’s instinct telling him to head west, Castiel begins a journey of self-discovery.
Meanwhile, Dean is a broken shell. Rather than live under his brother and Eileen's pitying and concerned gaze, Dean decided it was time to move out of the bunker. With Jody’s help, Dean moves into a small lake house just outside of Sioux Falls, where he can mourn in peace and in his own time. Dean is determined to be better for Cas, even if it’s too little too late.

Summary

Forced to remain in that town, Dean and Castiel go to a cabin, where they will have to stay until the two of them find a way to break the spell with the help of Sam and Eileen, who are in the bunker, unable to reach them.
In normal circumstances, Dean wouldn’t mind being stuck in such a lovely place with his best friend, but he is secretely in love with Cas and there is only one bed, so things aren’t going to be that easy for Dean.

Living most of his life on the road, surviving on truck stops and greasy diner food, Dean had had plenty in his time. Twenty four hours at the most and he’d be back to his usual self. There was really no need for Cas’ panic.Was weird that he hadn’t healed him though.
“Your healing mojo must be off,” Dean grumbled. “Still feel like crap.”
“You’re not sick.” Cas' eyes never left the road ahead.
“Oh yeah?” Dean cocked a cheeky eyebrow, “The chunks I blew at the side of the road back there would prove otherwise.”
“You’re not sick,” Cas repeated, deathly serious. “...You’re pregnant.”

Dean’s sitting at the kitchen table with Sam when his phone rings. Jody’s name flashes across the screen and he considers not picking up. It’s not like Dean doesn’t want to talk to Jody, it's just that he can’t bear talking to anyone these days.
“Hi, Jody,” Sam says.
“Howdy, boys.” She asks them to take over a case. Something about werewolves. Dean doubts they will, Sam hasn’t let him pick up a gun in months, not since their last hunt.
Jody’s voice cuts through the phone. “Alright, if you boys don’t wanna take the case, I’ll see if Castiel will, but I think he’s helping Claire in Colorado–”
Dean doesn’t hear a damn thing after that, and by the looks of it, Sam doesn’t either. For the first time in days, Dean opens his mouth and speaks. “Cas is alive?”

Summary

Worse yet, our villain has some very specific and disturbing thoughts about what romance in the Bunker should look like. Thankfully for the Winchesters and Castiel, both fate and free will have other ideas. Now, with the clock ticking on Dean’s well-being, all that’s left is for Dean and Castiel to get their heads out of their asses and give in to the heat and hormones calling their names, before the claws of Dean’s heat take hold and he’s lost forever.
