In a society where numbers are everything, Jabber Wonger considers himself to be a pretty well-off influencer. He might not have a million followers (yet) but he's getting there, and what better way to boost his numbers than with a collab of the century?

High Society Model Zanka & Influencer Jabber -- Meeting the third heir to the Nijiku family company may have just been the best damned thing to happen to Jabber. Drugs do weird things to your brain chemistry, but the infatuation and interest Jabber harbored had nothing to do with the sheer amount of chemicals in his system. It was all natural baby, and it just so happened that falling head-over-heels for a model meant that chasing his 'perfect person' became unreasonably hard. He'd just have to work his way to the top. How hard could it be to land a sponsorship with the Nijikus anyways?

The only time Jabber has ever seen him close to happy—seen him smiling and laughing without a care in the world—is when Mankira’s gotten involved. When there’s a nasty wound bleeding something fierce somewhere on his body, turning his clothes sticky red as he shakes and screams, froth dribbling from the corners of his twitching, grinning mouth.
Nobody laughs when Jabber sticks them with his toxins. That is, they never laugh this hard.

Summary
"Dead men tell no tales." Jabber whispered into Zanka's ear, his mankira dug deeper into Zanka's ribs. The Cleaner felt the toxin's seeping into his bloodstream, felt it moving through his heart and his veins. His body jerked as Zanka tried to shove Jabber away, but the neurotoxin was working much faster than any other toxin that Jabber had used before. It was about 5 minutes before Jabber withdrew his claws.

Zanka's got a new weapon to try out. A trap that binds enemies. He hadn't meant to get into a situation where he had to use it on a raider, but bad luck is bad luck. Might as well make the most of it.
