A year down the line since he settled down with Niles and Gavin hasn't been feeling so well the past week. Finding out he's pregnant causes his dysphoria to flare up alongside the already present stress and discomfort being placed on his body, but Gavin decides to go through with things. It's a long and difficult journey for them both but they focus on the reward for their efforts.
