One day, Matt helped out a student who was being harassed by a police officer to confess to a crime he didn’t commit. At night, he turns into Daredevil and protects the streets of Hell’s Kitchen while he looks for clues on how to stop the real killer.
After the incident on a school trip, Peter felt different. He was more agile, stronger, and faster. Inspired by the Avengers and vigilantes of New York, he decided to do some good. A mask, an old hoodie, a blue tracksuit, and web-shooters should be enough to make a suit for a brand new vigilante of Queens.
Or in a span of a few days, Bob gets accused not only of murder but also stalking, Peter’s first suit falls apart, and Matt has a headache.
Lowkey can be read as a standalone if you overlook the fact that the Thunderbolts are living with the Avengers in 2014.

The fall was over. No longer was the wind warm, but it was real and harsh. I was so, so, sick. Everything seemed to spin around me. I love him, I had thought.
My tin box of poetry, words so terrifyingly sick that I could not keep them in my notebook, felt like the cause. It was me, I was just too fucking sick. He knows, he knows everything, and now he’s gone.
I began to not regret the words I had written, but to instead regret that I never acted on them. November still makes me think of his hair, the way it smelled like bar soap and linen. I never said it.
My tin box was a box of confessions. My confession now is that looking inside today, I only miss him more.--
Nearly three years after Neil is pulled out of Welton, Todd still can't forget him.

Summary
Todd Anderson was a coward.
Neil Perry was a lover.
Those two things are so far yet so close to one another it's almost worrying. Fact stands Love is scary, emotions are, they dictate on how to live life, leaving you without any control over what you once tought were your own actions.
So instead of actually dealing with the normal human emotions, Todd beat himself down for not beeing able to control the uncontrollable.
Todd Anderson was a coward.
Neil on the other hand embraced all of his emotions fairly trough a glass lense, letting them filter just enough for them to be un-understendable if not to the trained eye. It was who he was, what made him Neil.
However when it comes to fear Neil closes the window that lets the lense shine his fears.
Neil Perry was a lover.

Regret claws at his ribs. He made a mistake. A terrible, selfish mistake. And now, he’s come back.

The day Steve vanished, something inside Bucky shattered. When an old man took his place, the world blurred into nothing.
Steve was gone. Gone in a way Bucky could never fix, never follow.
