Summary
Detroit: Become Human AU: An accident three years ago leaves Vash in a coma and Wolfwood alone. He's been depressed and suicidal since. Livio is rightfully concerned, and the deviant cases are rising! Wolfwood's waiting for Vash, but he can't wait any longer. Then Vash does come back, but not how any of them expected him to. Not how Wolfwood needed him. This isn't how he wanted to make things right.
After Wolfwood lost his job, Livio offered him a chance to participate in an android prototype program. Wolfwood couldn't care less about androids, he hates their guts. He finds himself facing that hatred when Vash becomes one.
While Vash has his own existential and identity crisis.
Will they finally piece together their broken love for each other?

“Normally they are isolated as latent criminals but we allow them into the outside world to hunt criminals just like themselves. They’re hunting dogs. The best way to track a beast is with a beast. We call them enforcers. Each one of them is your subordinate.”
Vash watched them cautiously though they didn’t seem threatening at all. The two looked like normal citizens. They stepped out walking towards a small machine that drove over to them. It station itself and opened displaying a rack of guns to grab.
Merly faces the two men,” This is Vash. He’ll be your second owner.”

Wolfwood presses the gun against Vash's head. His eyes are cold and ruthless.
His voice drops down to a low, intense whisper.“I could kill you right here and I wouldn't feel a damn thing!”
Vash blinked a small yelp of surprise escaping him, but there was no fear in his eyes. Wolfwood's eyes flickered with confusion and anger at the lack of response.

Along the way, they face more dangers than just walkers. Relying on each other to survive.

Summary
Nicholas D. Wolfwood manages to piss off Gunsmoke's most violent cryptid: Millions Knives. Despite his rage, Knives agrees to spare Wolfwood, but only if he successfully tracks down Knives' slippery, nomadic brother - another elusive cryptid simply referred to as "The Stampede".
It takes years, but thanks to the aid of Zazie the Beast, Wolfwood tracks "The Stampede" to a small mountain town called TriPeak.
Despite Wolfwood's desperation to catch the monster, his fondness for the town proves to be a slight distraction. The locals are nice, the cafe sells the best coffee he's ever had, and TriPeak is inherently charming, despite the perpetually grey weather.
And on top of all that, there's one newer TriPeak transplant who Wolfwood finds particularly fascinating.

Sergeant Frank Castle has lived alone accompanied by only his demons in his apartment for the better part of 10 years, surviving on Thai food and the everlasting shenanigans of his other 9 neighbours. When the apartment across from him becomes available, he figures it'll be empty for a while - cause who wants to live in an apartment an old guy died in? - but not even 4 months after his death, a powerful and strikingly beautiful blonde moves in.
For reasons he doesn't quite fully understand, he is drawn to her and her life when her nucleated facade doesn't hold up quite as well as she'd hoped. Her life slips through the cracks in the walls and he soon wants to learn everything about her, even with his mind telling him no - she is too complex and Frank can't seem to fathom her out. Plus, he has a fair share of secrets that he doesn't want to dump on top of her.
But that's the thing about secrets; they are always eager to ruin people. And Frank doesn't want his secrets to ruin her, too.
