Because, technically, he hadn’t. “I’m, uh, I’m Peter Parker, I’m here to interview with you, Mr. Nelson and Ms. Page? For the, um, receptionist position?”
Mr. Murdock looked puzzled for a moment before it seemed to click. “Oh, Mr. Parker! I didn’t realize it was you. It’s good to meet you,” His smile returned, and he extended his hand. Peter shook it hard enough to seem professional, but not so hard as to break the guy's hand.

Pepper is balancing looking after her husband and her daughter who insists she has a brother that no one can remember. She can't shake the niggling feeling that she is forgetting something important.

Tony followed Steve into the group home. Steve was so excited. He didn’t have the heart to tell him that he had never really felt the need to have kids.
His own dad hadn’t been the best example. He thought he and Steve would be content on their own but slowly Steve had worn him down. He really wanted to be a dad. Tony had finally agreed because he loved Steve. He could learn to love one kid, right? Or maybe he’d just hide away in the lab from it and let Steve do the parenting.
“Tony? You said you were cool with this but you look like you want to bolt.” Steve took his hand, “I don’t want to force you into this if you don’t want it.”
Tony forced a smile onto his face, “No, I’m just nervous.”
Steve’s face filled with understanding, “You’re nothing like your dad.”
Tony squeezed his husband’s hand, “Thanks.”

It took ages for him to come down from the rush, finally deciding to curl up under the metal table, hugging his knees to his chest and leaning his forehead against the top of them. They’d taken away his mask, so his face was bare against his cold skin.
He suddenly felt himself start to shiver, the pain from his tumble taking over every crevice of his mind. His head throbbed in time with his heart beat, the scrape on his arm stung viciously and his chest hurt whenever he breathed. He loosened his hold on his knees slightly, to see if that would help. It did, slightly, but it meant his bare back was leant against the metal table leg, causing goosebumps to break out over his arms.
This wasn’t good, at all. He was injured, in hostile territory, alone. With information which would be crucial to the RDA in his mind. There was no way the Sully’s would come for him, not if he knew where they were taking him.
