It started in her mind. Within seconds of coming into contact with the bubblegum-pink elixir, all Lucy could think about was sex. Idk I just always had this headcanon that Steve had this weird but cute neighbour that he grew up with and would eventually fall for.
Also always liked the idea of an adorable side-character that had more to her than meets the eye, and would join the main cast in S5.
