Summary
It wasn't an unusual occurrence for the Chain to be asked for their names when they were checking into inns: places needed names to put faces to especially when payment was involved. Due to the frequency that the heroes loaded into a new inn they were all used to the question and the strange look that accompanied it when they used their hero titles. However, it quickly became a repetitive activity and if there was one thing the heroes were all good at it was making something into a competition.

Summary
After the defeat of Gabriel Agreste and the disappearance of the mysterious peacock miraculous user, Marinette is left to try her best as Guardian and pick up the pieces. With the kwamis left in hibernation, no leads on the missing peacock miraculous, and no way to contact her beloved partner, she's left to her wit's end on where to proceed.
That is, until the prime suspect of the peacock wielder coincidentally takes up an apprenticeship at her parents' bakery. Adrien Agreste, son of Hawkmoth, has seemingly planted his roots in her home while Marinette was away for an apprenticeship. This could either be a disaster in the making, or the perfect opportunity to retrieve the missing miraculous... either way, it's war.
At least, it would be, if the gosh darn villain weren't so sweet!

Terry spins the umbrella between his thumb and his forefinger. He shrugs, glancing at the clock. “She’ll get off work in a couple hours anyway,” He points out, which is objectively true, “and the drive is long, too. Even if you called, she wouldn’t be here, like… quickly, I guess.”
It’s not a real answer. Ron lets them beat around the bush for a while longer. Mostly because he doesn’t want to call Samantha home early either.
Still, Terry comes first. Ron would call Samantha if Terry wanted her back.

It was only Wolfie's appearance from the outside world that assured the group that there was indeed a way out. A way out - through a tiny crack in the wall.

Halfway through the call, he stopped paying attention to Michael’s prying eyes, stopped paying attention to anything happening around him. He felt his lips curl into a wide smile, felt his shoulders relax for what felt like the first time in days. A sigh of relief escaped him, one which he’d been all too worried to let out before. To let himself hold that hope. It felt like he could finally breathe again.
He felt lighter than air when he stepped into the kitchen where Michael still waited, still smiling.
“Your dad’s gonna be just fine.”
Michael smiled back, but it didn’t look quite right.

Link doesn't want to. Impa has never been there for him before, so why should now be any different?
