He wants to live damnit! So begins the attempts of a pax-turned-prime turning over a new leaf in the hope of living another day. Summary
Antilla is a budding Cybertronian colony that is beginning to butt heads with Cybertron's home-world government when the High Council decides that Antilla is far too rich in resources to let it be squandered on what they deem to be barbarians from a Primacy-obsessed cult. Whereas the Autobot tribe insists they must live with the land that Primus offers, not exploit it for profit.
However, when a disillusioned convict assigned to mine in Antilla named D-16 wakes up in the center of the Bellatrix Mountains, the tribe's epicenter, D-16 finds himself under the care of the empathetic High Priest Optimus Prime, the religious head of the tribe. Meanwhile, the tribe’s chieftain and Optimus’ spark brother, Ultra Magnus, does not take kindly to the intruder, insisting he is a waste of resources and an enemy.
So, D-16 must choose where his loyalties lie in the fight for freedom as he falls for the darling allure of a sacred mech. -
