Summary
When Impulse receives a funky radio as a birthday present from his best friends and roommates Gem and Pearl, he doesn't expect to find himself enamoured by the charming host of a small radio station. As a small crush develops even further, he finds himself conflicted as to how he can love someone who is basically a stranger.
Meanwhile, Skizz is desperate for this radio gig to start earning so he can quit his soul-sucking job and spend his days doing what he loves - making people laugh. It's quite a way off, the number zero next to the listener count is quite a sore subject for him but when that number ticks up to one he finds a sense of hope that he hasn't felt for a long time.

Genuinely it is not ! My !! Fault !!! that the mail is always late. Blame the stupid heroes and villains for always fighting at places where it’ll disrupt the mail. Do you know how many times i’ve tried to walk past these fights and gotten burnt/hurt/covered in radioactive goo? Way too many. “Look, Tango, I need you keep an open mind,” Impulse said, hurriedly placing the bundle delicately in Tango’s arms, “and especially an open heart.”
Tango cradled it like he saw Impulse had. It had a very strange weight to it. After all, it was very heavy for its size. And, if he stayed still enough, he could vaguely feel a small amount of movement.
Almost like breathing.
“You were the only person who could help,” Impulse whispered, his voice pathetically wet as he carefully pulled the blankets back.
Tango tore his eyes away from Impulse, and onto the thing in the bundle.
His heart dropped.
