Summary
Annoyance and guilt is a tumultuous concoction that roils in his nonexistent gut and combusts outward into a vexed growl before he could stop it. He tried to hide his limp wings further but they laid, broken and useless just like him, tucked into his sides from where his draconic bottom half sat. “I already told you and Chara both, they’ll heal on their own.”
“I know,” Epic soothed. “I won’t try an’ heal them. I just wanted to clean ‘em a bit, that’s all.” Epic’s smile falls at the corners as he gazes purposefully over his body. The inspection has Cross defensively straightening his back and feathers bristling before he can think of why he’d do that.
“Figured you probably weren’t feeling too great after not showering for a hot minute.”
With dawning horror and shame, Cross realizes he hadn’t exactly been able to bathe after…everything. Shit, he hopes he doesn’t smell that bad after a month.
When Epic’s turned back around to fiddle with his machinery, Cross takes a quick sniff under his left humerus and winces. Nope, he smelled that bad.

Summary
While he didn’t mean to snoop into Epic’s personal business, seeing his roommate return battered and bruised every couple of weeks from his shift as a night guard in a nearby amusement park didn’t sit right with him. He was worried, plain and simple. Even more so because his friend side-stepped his gentle coaxing whenever he tried to get him to rest and recover. Every time, he would only give him the same sardonic smile and beg him not to concern himself with his mistakes.
Well, too bad for him, because Cross was greatly concerned!

The eye Epic always kept firmly shut was open and glowing a bright wine red. The light wafting off of it seemed to have a calming effect on his assailant, who soon collapsed against him. Epic didn’t bother to support his weight for long, instead electing to let him fall by the side and straddle him. His canines grew in size and sharpness as he did so, and he quickly sank them into the side of the dog monster’s neck with a satisfied sigh.
“What the- Epic…?” Cross found himself muttering. He stumbled back a couple of steps, unsure whether to run or stay put and demand an explanation.
Epic was a vampire.

Summary
Dust's first thought upon meeting Cross for the very first time was that he wouldn’t make it a week in there. And then he halved the time in his mind when Nightmare assigned Killer to show him the ropes and explain all the rules. It was always a coin toss whether the Boss’ right-hand man would be in the mood to be helpful or not. Sometimes he just wanted to see the world burn for no reason other than to satiate his endless boredom and there was nothing anybody could do about it. Not even their Leader could reign him in when he craved chaos (although that was mainly because he usually didn’t notice, too busy obsessing over his power and what his dear twin was doing to pay attention to anything else).
The observation wasn’t accompanied by any emotions.
If the new guy died at record speed it wasn’t his concern. Dust hadn’t made it so far by knocking down the many walls he’d erected in his mind at the first sign of something new.

Pants drop to the floor, the shoes being kicked off and quickly following.
“Disgusting.” Father hisses, yanking Sans's shirt off, his panties joining the pile of stained clothes.

"Get these off of me," Nightmare spat, his voice a mixture of rage and desperation. Bound tightly, he thrashed and twisted, trying to free himself from the unforgiving chains and cuffs. His struggles were futile, only serving to highlight his helplessness.
Sol watched, a dark smile playing on his mouth. There was something undeniably captivating about seeing Nightmare like this, all his power stripped away, leaving only raw vulnerability. Sol could lose himself in this sight for days.
But he knew that was cruel. An attentive lover should show mercy, shouldn't he?
He drifted closer, his gaze locked on the bright gold cuffs that gleamed against Nightmare's obsidian corruption. Like a predator closing in on its captured prey, he moved with deliberate slowness, savouring every second. "I couldn't possibly," he purred, his voice low and tantalizing. "You'll leave if I release you, Darling."
Caught, Nightmare has to accept Sol's tender mercies.
