Tommy could heal Phil, that was no issue. The issue lay in Tommy surviving. He still felt weak from healing Techno’s stab wound from the day before, and even weaker from Wilbur’s gunshot wound the day before that. Realistically, Tommy couldn’t heal Phil in a way that would save him, not without Tommy dying.
Techno started yelling.
“Fix him, Theseus! He’s dying. Do what you’re good at! This is the only thing you’re good for!”
OR
TommyInnit is a healer. Phil is gravely injured. Angst ensues!

There was a beat of silence, where Techno’s body stiffened, shoulders coiled together tightly. “Wilbur.”
Tommy’s oldest brother rushed into the room, looking like a mess. His hair, which he had styled into bouncy curls for the event, was tussled and wet with sweat, his eyes were wide and his lower lip was bleeding, looking like Wilbur had bitten it raw.
It was wrong, nothing like the image of his brother that Tommy was accustomed to. But, gods, even more wrong was the tight feeling in his little chest as Wilbur got closer. He whimpered, climbing onto Techno’s lap and clinging around his neck. He hid his face in the older’s cloak and prayed for safety, prayed that he wouldn’t be hurt, please, please-
Or, after Tommy gets himself in trouble and Wilbur is forced to use his true name to save him, his fae older brothers comfort him. A continuation to "safe in my arms, sunshine".
