Summary
The Dark Flour War held many secrets, like how half of a Guardian of Nature was one of the leading General Captains after a string of events that ties back to a divine punishment. Unable to reunite without one half dying and reincarnating, the one that lurks in the wind was left without much hope, but the mingling of one that the Guardian of Wind held close set up the perfect start to reuniting the two halves.
Will they reunite or will the cycle of reincarnation continue on in it's gripping spiral?

Summary
This is a sequel to my fic "Here's To Someday (When the World Lets Us Be Together).
The threat is gone, the war is over. Wildberry felt relieved at the knowledge that he could have his promised someday with Crunch Chip. All they had left to do was return to their respective kingdom's and aid in repairs. Why did the idea of separation feel so torturous? Every part of his being wanted to remain at the side of the Wolf Captain, and that's what he'd ask to do.
The threat was gone after all, and what was the use of a bodyguard when there was no threat? All he had to do was ask for permission to travel. Easier said than done.

Summary
The war was over, Dark Enchantress had been defeated, and the Beasts were killed. With their deaths, that meant their powers were gone, which also meant the garden was no longer protected. Pavlova couldn't return to it because of the monsters, and he couldn't continue living in the trees of Beast-Yeast.
After several close encounters with horrid monsters, he makes the choice that he has to find a way to get to somewhere safer, somewhere outside of Beast-Yeast.

Hollyberry had chosen to stay in the garden to keep her cookies safe from the harm of the world. It's all she ever wanted: to protect them and their livelihoods. Wildberry didn't see how it was "safe," merely a prison that kept him from the one his heart yearns for. He couldn't leave; his loyalty and sworn oath kept him in this crooked garden, at the side of the Queen Mother, but something deep in him longed for the letters that he missed.
He would hold out hope to leave for as long as he could think of receiving a letter from the Wolf Captain. That is what kept his passion ablaze within, but for how long?

Summary
Within the strange paradise, Wildberry refuses to let his guard down at the word of Hollyberry. It isn't until the Commander, Raspberry, offers to be on lookout for him so he can get a moment of rest, but this solace isn't long, for a particular Cupid-Like cookie finds his hopeless love amusingly heartwrenching.
