Summary
Takes place prior to, and later during, the events of 'Resident Evil: Village'.
During one of her many experiments, Mother Miranda plants a Cadou into an outsider named Lerae Lunca. When nothing happens, at least at first, Mother Miranda grows bored and shirks the responsibility of the experiment to Heisenberg. The Lord is annoyed, but does as he is bid. This is how he witnesses something extraordinary happen: Lerae becomes the first lycan to be able to shift between her two forms, all the while maintaining her mind and sense of self. However, he hides this from Mother Miranda when asked about it later. As far as anyone else is concerned, Lerae is a dud.
He asks her to join his revolution against his 'mother', after which they will be free to leave the Village and go wherever they want. Lerae, who has wanted to leave for years, accepts his proposal. But what started out as a partnership slowly deepens into something more. Will it survive the string of occurrences that will eventually lead to the destruction of the Megamycete, the Four Houses, and the Village?

Summary
Tuberculosis doesn't kill Arthur. Neither does Micah Bell. After the events of RDR2, a seriously injured and sick Arthur follows the advice of his physician to "get somewhere dry, and warm" and travels west to the state of Argent, where he finds work on a sheep farm and undergoes a risky operation to combat his illness. Meanwhile, Charles hears about what happened to the gang after his departure. Restless, unable to gain closure, and in desperate need of money, Charles begins taking local prizefighting matches, eventually moving west to the mining town of Comstock in northern Argent. Eventually, their paths will cross.
Tl;dr: Arthur's sick. Charles is sad. There's a lot of boxing, a lot of pining, a blowjob, fake history, and love.

Along the way he picked up a young John Marston, who thus never runs with Dutch. Despite leaving, Arthur never truly left his connections behind him, and when Dutch asked for help, he always answered. In 1899, during the event of the game, this arrangement might eventually force Arthur to choose to whom he truly owes his loyalty.
John sneered. "You think I'd protect Dutch Van der Linde? Believe me, if I knew where he was, I'd tell you. Hell, I'd go get him myself. He's worth 10 large right now."
Milton sneered right back. "I am not a fool, Mister Marston, kindly do not treat me as one. You would do nothing without Arthur Morgan's say-so, and that will be what puts you on the gallows right beside him."
