Astarion grabbed it under its armpits, surprisingly heavy for a creature of it's size, and lifted it from the ornate chest, placing it gingerly on the ground.
It scampered barefoot across the grimy floor with quiet plaps. Arriving at Tav—Gods, it was only as tall as her hip—it gripped the hem of her tunic. It spun around on one heel, nearly toppling over with the inertia, to address Astarion. It removed the fingers from its mouth with a horrible wet sound and took a deep breath, or what must be deep for something so tiny.

Summary
Death had greeted Harry Potter’s soul many times over the years. In fact the deity had grown quite attached to the hero of the wizarding world. So when Harry Potter comes, Death wishes to send it’s precious little child off to a place where he won’t get hurt, but that’s easier said than done, especially with that dreaded Potter luck following like a leach. Maybe Middle Earth will be able to stomp off that leach for good.
This story has not (and will not) be abandoned. I am simply going through some stuff and won’t have the most reliable update schedule.

Snow white Shen Jiu where animals would literally attack anyone who talks shit about him, the animals would help him braid his hair, and his signature cerulean butterflies would constantly hover around him or sit on his shoulders, refusing to leave.
But Shen Jiu is used to it, animals have always accompanied him and given him comfort as a child,

Author Shang Qinghua doesn't know what to do, he was trapped in his own world, forced to navigate and follow the original plot his past has written himself.
The most surprising? Shen Qingqiu was the main character.
Yet he didn't expect that so many people would view his story to he point that some users glitch inside as animals! Too many people were watching to the point it broke the 4th wall, other lucky users can interact with Shen Jiu (Being too clingy, overprotective.) and the others could only cry in envy. (Why is it raining?)
