Summary
Jaskier gets a letter one day along with an armed guard that drags him back home, informing him he's in an arranged marriage with his cousin Ferrant de Lettenhove to "strengthen to Pankratz name" and also "get him in line", and Geralt has to save him. Of course, the first thing that comes to Geralt's mind is claiming Jaskier cannot be married because he's already married-- to Geralt. Jaskier and Geralt will have to maintain the ruse as they travel with Jaskier's father to get as proof a copy of their marriage certificate... which doesn't exist.

There was more cheering. The executioner stepped next to Geralt. He would kick the block out from under Geralt’s feet and, if he was lucky, the rope would snap his neck immediately. The townsfolk were chanting something, but it was too uncoordinated for Geralt to understand. The executioner leaned in close and muttered, “Gods rest your soul, witcher.” Then, he lined up his foot.
“Wait!” a voice shouted above the rest. “I will marry the witcher!”
OR
Geralt is about to be executed when a bard saves his life by agreeing to marry him. They agree to go their separate ways as soon as they've left town, but a mysterious sleeping illness has forced the town to quarantine. If Geralt wants to get out of town, he'll have to find a cure and fast.

Though Jaskier knew Ciri had received Witcher training, he was sure she severely lacked in the Knowledge of Monsters department. And so he was watching out for her. From his place in the bushes with the horses, as the three wyverns sprang to attack the Witcher and Witcher-in-Training, Jaskier’s eyes were only on Ciri.
When Ciri strayed three feet too far into the open, Jaskier sprang to his feet, knowing she had not exactly mastered Aard to fend the wyverns off.
When Ciri got distracted with a wyvern that stooped low, Jaskier was already running. Because what Ciri did not know (probably) was that wyverns were smart, and when one purposefully swung low, it was so another could ambush from behind.
Geralt, who was many feet too far in the open dealing with the third wyvern, could not react in time. And so it was Jaskier who went sprinting without a second thought, even before the second Wyvern had begun its swoop, thinking nothing more than to 'Save her, Gods, anyone but Ciri' and he was barely able to shove her out of the way before he was airborne, the second wyvern’s sharp teeth tearing into his flesh as it flung him.

Summary
The White Wolf doesn't look at him for more than he needs to. Which, all things considered, is probably the best treatment Jaskier could ask for from a big bad brooding scary Witcher.

Crowley awakens to the scent — no, the scent and the feeling — of something that’s burning.
His head — oh, Somebody, his head feels as if it’d been smashed in. The pain is a halo all around him, radiating to his eyes, making them difficult to open properly. Upon actually opening them, the dim light feels like daggers, forcing a groan.
Why. . . why can’t he remember anything? Why does it feel as if the back of his entire corporation had been set on fire?“About time you’ve woken up, demon.”
That certainly isn’t Aziraphale’s voice.
When Crowley’s vision finally manages to focus, he finds himself staring up at a high ceiling, one with mosaic glass panes on the walls depicting various scenes and holy figures. When he attempts to move his wrist — or his legs, or anything — they’re rendered immobile, as if he’s —
“Don’t bother,” the voice that Crowley wants to tear apart says to him. “You won’t be conspiring with the forces of Hell any time soon, abomination.”
Conspiring with the . . . where has this guy been?

Curled up in the porcelain tub, Crowley looks so much more delicate than usual. Stripped of his normal armor of black fabric, his shoulders are narrow. His knees are bony, where they stick out of the water. It fills Aziraphale with an all-too-familiar fierce warmth. This is soft and it is mine to protect.
