Summary
Taako didn't know what he was thinking when he cast that spell. It had been in a panic, the only clear thought in his head being something along the lines of 'oh fuck shit please don't let me die!' Somehow it had worked, the Queen's guard construct falling under the charm, rushing to his aid and fighting off the shitty mugger.
It ended up working too well, actually.
Now Kravitz was stuck protecting this strange wizard, and neither of them were too pleased by this predicament. Instead of guarding the Queen's palace as was his sworn duty he was traipsing around the countryside, trying to help him find a way to dispel the magic. Getting tangled up in Taako's own problems, when all he wanted to do was go home.
At least, he thought all he wanted to do was go home.
It turned out, life outside of the palace walls was very confusing.

Technoblade is a brute of a piglin with more scars than unbroken skin and a penchant for uncovering trouble, hot on the trail of… something. He’s exactly the sort of routine job that should consume a few weeks of Phil’s endless time, before he’s forced to find something else to waste away doing.
(Such a shame, then, that the Angel of Death should meet his match.)
Or: A fanfiction in which an elaborate AU is crafted as an excuse to focus entirely on Technoblade and Philza's relationship.

Attacking a cooking show assistant in the back of a small caravan, Barry blows his last rule out of the goddamn water. And then he keeps breaking it. It might just be worth it though. Even without his memories, Barry could use Taako's help now more than ever.

Everyone in New Elfington knew that, if you wanted something good to eat and you didn’t want to bust your wallet, you went to Tostaada’s Cafe and Bakery.
It wasn’t a particularly fancy place—it sat on the first floor of the building that took up the corner of Broadway and Main, built out of old red bricks with windows that were permanently fogged up. The sign above the door was written in both faded Common and Elvish, the letters curling and the paint cracked.
The food, however, was damn good.
A story about finding your way home, and finding out that maybe home wasn't as far away as you previously thought.

He could picture every hard line and soft curl of each beautiful letter, as if some vindictive god had written the words out with a delicate hand, but with angry strokes, the words just as much a blessing as they were a curse.

Zeb had believed in the dream of a soulmate all his life, watching with joy as his sisters' worlds blossomed into color, waiting impatiently for the day when he might see the galaxy through new eyes.
