"Robin!" Vickie rattled the handle, no longer trying to hide the anger in her voice. "If you're in there, open right now, because I swear to God, otherwise I'm ending things right-."
But then the door finally swung open. Only it wasn't Robin standing behind it.
In front of Vickie stood a middle-aged, bearded man with a bald head, glasses, and a shirt splattered with blood.Vickie would have liked to tell herself that this was the weird thing – that this disheveled and visibly bruised man, whom Robin had never mentioned, opening the door to the radio station, was the reason her breath hitched. Unfortunately, the situation was even stranger than that.
Because the man was holding a revolver and pointing it directly at Vickie.

After Robin stands her up again, Vickie has had enough. That's why she decides to go to the radio station and get the explanation she deserves.

“So you made this medicine for yourself.” Sciel stated and Lune nodded.
“I… might need you to use that ointment where I can’t reach.”
Slowly and attentively Sciel traced every single gold line, careful to not let any of them escape her eyes, feeling the tension in Lune’s shoulders under her fingers.
“I often wondered where these started and ended.”

“But I didn’t. Thanks to you and Monoco,” Sciel deflected. So easily and casually, like she wasn’t bleeding out hours ago, like her blood wasn’t drenching half of the battlefield, like her blood isn’t still etched on Lune’s hands. The scholar’s anger flared.
“You almost died,” she repeated, voice seething, but now tinged with sorrow.
