Summary
Just as Jimin is tucking the end of the cream blanket between Yoongi’s back and the back of the sofa, the house phone sends a shrill ringing through the silence.
“Who—,” Yoongi grumbles, groggily blinking awake.
Jimin hushes him, running his hand through his hair. “Go back to sleep, it’s probably nothing.”
Knowing that it’s probably not nothing, Yoongi narrows his eyes up at his husband and pushes himself up right. “Quick, love, before it goes to answer message.”
Jumping to his feet, Jimin shuffles across the room and snatches the phone from the cradle. “Hello? Park residence,” he calls into the phone, eyes locking with Yoongi’s. He can’t help the fond smile that pulls across his lips as he watches Yoongi wipe the remaining sleep out of his eyes.
“Hello, Jimin, are the pair of you ready for some good news?”

Summary
When the simple way of life for the Dìguó Tribes is threatened with war by an invading clan, all the alphas across the land are forced to join the army and fight for the head alpha. But Jimin is the only son of the Park family and his father is a frail alpha, sporting a lasting injury from the last war he fought in. So even though it's forbidden for omegas to fight, Jimin sneaks away from home to join the army in his father's place.
There he meets his alpha commanding officer: Min Yoongi, and stupidly finds himself falling in love with him all whilst trying to hide his omega rank and bring honour to his family.

The dim light of the hotel room makes Taehyung’s eyes look impossibly dark when he finally looks at Yoongi again. “Hyung,” he says, words rolling off his tongue slow like molasses in the way he sometimes talks when he wants to make sure whoever he’s talking to is paying attention. “I don’t just want to cuddle you.”
Yoongi blinks at him. He opens his mouth to ask what Taehyung means, then closes it again. It’s not like Yoongi is naive, but Taehyung can’t actually mean what that sounds like. Not when he’s lying on top of Yoongi’s bed, propped up on his forearms, his eyes deep and piercing like he’s straight out of a painting.

It’s the one and only part of the executive report Namjoon was willing to entrust to their beloved intern, even with a mountain of other tasks on his desk that Jin tried and failed to get Namjoon to delegate out.
“You know no one else will,” Jimin sighs out, turning back to his computer. “I don’t know why you even bothered.”
“Because Namjoon and the rest of us are drowning in work,” Jin insists, then having to lower his volume before he lets himself get carried away. “Fine, I guess I’ll have to do it.”
All Jin wants is to keep his job, but the CEO’s entitled son is making his life a living hell—that is, until their bitter rivalry sparks a rivalry of a different kind.

Jeongguk watches the strands of silky dark hair sliding through those delicate fingers, and thinks about secret arts of magical healing being applied to him by those hands, and a little shiver shakes through his body before he can stop it.
The freshly healed skin on his arm still prickles with goosebumps, and the memory of a feeling he hasn’t experienced in a very long time— a memory of intense pleasure.
