Summary
The sky god was once a benevolent force, granting humans with rain and sun whenever it was needed. But as gods can only reside within their domain, the god had been alone since the beginning of time, with only silent, invisible servants to keep him company in the palace of clouds.
The sky god could do nothing but watch as the nature goddess became close with the goddess of the seas, oceans, and rivers. Or as the mountain god became close with the godess of winter, snow, and ice.
Or as human kingdoms grew and fell.
He couldn’t take the loneliness anymore, and plagued the world in a constant barrage of storm and thunder, becoming the storm god.
Humanity soon stopped using the storm god’s temples, out of fear that he would take or kill them.

Summary
Tommy looks ahead, glances back at his footsteps in the snow to make sure he’s keeping direction. He stares at the snow for a bit longer than usual, his breath coming out in puffs of smoke as he feels his throat grow tight. He keeps moving, trying to think. Trying to form some sort of plan.
“Don’t you see what’s happening here?! Don’t you see history repeating itself?!” Techno’s voice rings in his head, and Tommy closes his eyes, grits his teeth and feels them chatter together. He pulls at the cloth over his shoulders, even though it doesn’t do shit against the wind.

In which Tommy goes to Techno's base right after he's exiled. This results in Tommy's family seeing him hurt, and having the only Reasonable response: acting out World Domination

The boy blinks, before nodding his head. Wilbur smiles, lets his eyes shine a little brighter. The boy takes a step forward, his leg weak and shaking. It breaks his heart to see the boy like this, but Wilbur will have him soon. He’ll make sure of it.
“Thank you. I’m looking for someone.” He lets the boy gaze into his eyes and thinks I’m looking for you.

“Can you help me?”
The rain patters on Tommy’s hair, his shoulders, the ground. It touches the man but doesn’t seem to sink in. His clothes look no more than damp when they should be soaking. Tommy should know; his shirt is plastered to him. He wouldn’t be surprised if it was see-through.
Tommy blinks. The man asked him a question. He nods again, not quite trusting his voice. The man seems nice, so Tommy takes a step forward.
The man smiles. It… something is wrong, but Tommy can’t put his finger on it. “Thank you. I’m looking for someone.” The man tilts his head, and something gleams in his brown eyes. With the motion, a strand of wavy hair falls forward, but it all seems so perfect. The man is perfect.

Something slams directly into his stomach, and it’s only because Techno was raised doing martial arts and yoga that he doesn’t fall. Still, his breath is taken out of his lungs, and he bends at the waist, gasping for air.
Tommy's magic allows him to shift into a mouse, and Techno's the unlucky—or is it lucky—soul that ran into him.

That was what led him to the great idea of adventuring into the woods during lunch time to fight a bear. It seemed like as good an idea as any to discover his amazing power. He didn't expect to be thrown ten years into the future or to find his family different from how he remembered.

or, how Tommy—who is not a hero, or a villain, or even a vigilante—saves the life of one of L'Manberg's most feared supervillains, and accidentally ends up becoming the resident doctor for every supervillain in town (and maybe gets a family along the way too).
