A bad habit left over from Nappa. The man bastardized the language and had no problem slipping in an uncouth word or two while respecting Vegeta’s pedigree.
Gohan lands beside the small crater, myth draining from his hair. “What did you say?”

Summary
A collection of stories involving Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles (and sometimes Shadow) from the movies sharing some instincts, traits, and characteristics with their real-life counterparts (hedgehogs, foxes, and echidnas). These aren't necessarily in the same universe unless otherwise stated, but you can consider it however you want. Most of these stories are fluffy with minor angst due to their personalities and backstories, but there are a few that are legitimately angsty. Only hurt/comfort, tho. There will always be a happy ending or a promise of one.

His second, though, was of Blue, of kindness and laughter and souls singing in harmony, until one was just gone.

Shadow doesn't know Sonic's name, but feels obligated to find his family and apologize to them for letting him die. Shadow is unaware that Sonic is very much not dead. It takes far too long to figure this out.
