Strange pulls his hand back instead and says, “Forgive me, Tony.”
Tony can’t move. He freezes in place, hand twitching above the changed arc reactor. Confusion, followed by shock, followed very quickly by fear driven anger as Tony snap his eyes back to Strange.

He’s frustrated by it, annoyed that he feels like he’s forcing his way through a world that doesn’t belong to him. Worse, the Soul Stone is starting to become more and more of an issue. As if it senses something coming.
Tony's last words had been 'the threat always comes back.' Thanos won't be thwarted forever, only delayed. Eventually, he's going to hunt down the stray Soul Stone that Peter holds.

Viktor’s lips twitch—just a fraction. “A particularly amorous mosquito. It whispered sweet nothings in my ear before its tragic demise.” His voice becomes more serious then. A little sassy. "Do you not know what a hickey is, Jayce?"
Jayce sees a hickey on Viktor's neck and nearly implodes. Viktor has no problem stirring up trouble.
