Summary
Growing up can be challenging especially when your family doesn't give you the best support or they don't really care for you when your brothers outshine you by being an internationally known singer and Military general. Then there's Tommy... The youngest son of the Watson family. He's not insanely smart like Techno or a Famous singer like Wilbur. He was the oops baby. Born after the Twin brothers had turned 19 and his father and mother were now 39.
Tommy goes through life and it makes an exciting story. With many bumps in the road.

But was also going to have to face obstacles like no other.

Summary
Tom Simons or preferably Tommy. Well, that is what he tells everyone that he meets when he introduces himself. He's a typical 15-year-old kid working at a local Book and Cafe shop. Binding's Of Life was run by a sweet seventy-year-old man named Axel who took him in when he ran away. It's just Axel and him there.
But like any good story, there's of course more. Tommy didn't just get graced to live in an ordinary world. No. He lives in a world where some people are "Blessed" with occult abilities. With superheroes, villains, vigilantes, and Anti-Heros running around fighting each other. There's more to everything with an uprising crime rate, a cult taking over, and a corrupt government.

After Toman was dissolved everyone went on with their life. Everyone grew up and started their life. Well...not everyone that is. Mikey made Bonten and well Takemitchi he watched Mikey. Always making sure he was safe. Making sure the cops didn't go after him and Bonten. Working from the shadows without even Mikey knowing. But along the way of protecting him, he went astray.
Or Au of Takemitchy pretty much stalking Mikey and Bonten. But coming into obstacles and issues along the way.

Summary
New York City has a vast array of vigilantes and superheroes that call its streets home. Dazai Osamu, Port Mafia Executive and Mori Ougai’s right hand, is deployed to start building relationships in the area. Mori, ever the fan of tests, leaves Dazai to figure out how to best handle the local vigilantes on his own.
And Frank Castle? He’s just worried that keeping this kid who refuses to identify himself alive may be more difficult than he was hoping.
Or; a city-wide adventure, hotel hopping, forging friendships with local heroes and a long-winded game of cat and mouse, all featuring an embittered Veteran and a suicidal teenage boy.

In the long list of rules that Dream gave him, there were four that stuck out as the most important. Four rules that he could never break.
Stick close to the island when swimming. Always be back before seven. Never complain or hesitate to give Dream his pelt. And never, ever interact with humans.
Tommy didn’t break any of those rules often, and if he did it was a one time thing, a mistake. But this wasn’t a mistake. This was a very deliberate, very stupid move on his part and Dream would kill him if he knew what Tommy was doing. Fifteen years Tommy had lived here, and never once had he intentionally broken one of Dream’s rules. Until now.
He swims closer to the three humans.
