He had a schedule to keep, a Moony to find, and a Headmaster to avoid. Not to mention, he still had to buy everything one needed to house an eight-year-old wizard.
"Fine," the kid sniffled unconvincingly. "I'm just waiting."
"Waiting for what?" There was nothing around, just an old field and some scraggly stone walls that were older than the neighboring village.
"My...godfather," the boy said hesitantly, glancing up. "Sir, um...do you know someone named...Sirius Black?"
After spending seven years in Azkaban, the truth about Peter's betrayal comes to light, and Sirius is released. He's pissed, slightly off his rocker, and determined to bring the remnants of his family back together again. If only it were that easy.
