Helena stared at the overlord as he produced a leather bound check-in book and opened it to a blank page. His smile seems genuine…maybe even inviting, but his eyes… Her gray eyes locked with his glowing red ones as they bore down on her. His eyes look like death itself. She gulped slightly before looking down at the page in front of her. Why does it feel like I’m signing a deal with the devil? She slightly nodded before reaching up and grabbing the nearby fountain pen. But the devil lives here though…doesn’t he? So how bad can one Radio Demon really be? She signed her name on the line and set the pen back down.
Helena, a demon in the Pride ring of Hell, finds herself down and out and hoping to take a chance at the Hazbin Hotel. She's not sure if she can be redeemed, but she is willing to do anything at this point. At least she was until she met the hotel's facility manager, Alastor, the Radio Demon. She quickly finds out that there is more behind his welcoming smile as he realizes they have more in common than he initially thought.

Patty looked down and closed her eyes, preparing herself for what she was about to say. “She’s…she’s me.” She slowly opened her eyes again and looked back up at The Doctor. “She’s in my reflection. She’s me, but she’s not me. I can…see it in my eyes. They’re reflective…like cat’s eyes.”
The Doctor tilted his head a little before turning his gaze back to the nearby window, at his own reflection. “And what is she doing exactly? What has you so scared that you are clinging to the wall?”
“She…she’s trying to drown me.”
Patty Spiegel was running an errand for her University internship when her own reflection attempted to drown her. She doesn't know what's going on and all she can do is cling to a nearby building as the icy River Thames flows past several meters away from her. No one is around to help or save her until a strange man in a leather jacket approaches. He claims to be a doctor, but how much can a doctor help when faced against an unknown enemy and a watery grave.

Steve could feel his face flush as he stared at the cramped space. It was one thing to be stuck with Eddie Munson in a roomy closet, it was another to be squished together. “Nope,” he said very quickly and turned to leave.
The stoner grabbed his hand before he could walk away. “Harrington, it’s not that bad.”
Steve turned his head to look at the other man, his face too hot for his own comfort.
“Just…try.” He smiled at Steve with the most genuine smile he had seen the drug dealer give…save for the one he gave Jules just a moment ago. “We won’t do anything you don’t want to.”
Everything in Steve’s life is turning upside down. His friend groups, his relationship, his town, the literal Upside Down. Now, as they ring in the new year with another “Harrington party” that just doesn’t quite feel like they used to, something else in his life is about to be flipped upside down too.

“But then I don’t know…” Dipper mumbled.
His sister maneuvered around him and picked up his fallen notepad and pencil from where he dropped it earlier when she had literally dropped in. She tore out the sheet he had been writing, crumpled it up, and tossed it where the other papers lay.
“Who wants words written by some dead guy anyways?” Dipper turned to face Mabel, but his words, his arguments were gone. “The words should come from you.” She shoved the pencil and paper at him and his bewildered face. “Oh, man. If a boy wrote me poetry, I think I’d about die.” She rocked back and forth on her heels, looking between him and the pad of paper.
Writing poetry is hard. Writing love poetry is harder. But writing a secret love poem to your crush is nearly impossible. Or so thinks Dipper Pines as he struggles to find the right things to say. But maybe it’ll feel a little less impossible with help from the Poet himself, William Shakespeare…or from just an annoying twin. That works too.

This coincides with the events of the anime starting some time after the Stain arc and before the Kamino Ward arc. It will continue on and follow the challenges and darkness our four main characters are facing as the world changes after All Might's retirement and leading into the war against All For One. Summary
An ultra slow burn Drarry that begins with a Fifth-Year retelling and continues through the final battle at Hogwarts.
Harry begins to distrust Dumbledore after the events of his fourth year, turning to an unlikely source for knowledge and information. The Occupation of Malfoy Manor by Voldemort leads Draco down a path that diverges significantly from the rest of his family. Harry being made a Prefect sets in motion a large rift in the Golden Trio, ultimately resulting in irreparable damage. Harry learns what real friendship is and who he can trust while making several self-discoveries along his path to rid the Wizarding World of Voldemort for good.
There are several plot points from the original source material that remain unchanged and are therefore only referenced and implied. While I don't care for the author's personal views, I enjoy her writing and will not be re-writing anything that happens as they appeared in the books. This fic is long enough as it is! There will be author notes for any chapter that includes or alludes to these scenes.
Please make note of the canonical character death tag and remember what happens in Order of the Phoenix.

The whisper grew, echoing off the broken walls, building to a crescendo, the staccato of panting breaths keeping in rhythm with the wind’s urgent cry. Moonlight flashed in faded blue eyes as they turned pleading to the moon above.
…run!
Their prison of Red Lights left behind them, Chan and Hyunjin follow a call as they desperately seek to escape the burning world around them, guided by the moon and their love for each other. Involves my own loose interpretation of wolf and moon mythology.

Dark, faded blue eyes flashed with moonlight.
“Let me go,” whispered Hyunjin, but his plea was met with a cold and unyielding stare. In a flash of almost inhuman speed, he was on his feet and the chains pulled taut as he strained against them. “I didn’t do anything! Let me go!”
Chan didn’t flinch even as Hyunjin’s face came within centimeters of his own. “You exist.”
The chains stopped clanking as Hyunjin relaxed, leaning against the pull of the chains, giving his body the oddly distorted look of a marionette tangled in its strings, accentuated by the red glow overhead. He looked up at Chan again, their eyes meeting.
Then he spat on his face.
Or my interpretation of the music video, "Red Lights" and how "Escape" is a continuation of the same story. A hunter and his captured prey grapple for control as they discover a connection deeper than their ingrained hatred for each other. Involves my own loose interpretation of wolf and moon mythology.
This is PART 1. "Escape the Silence" is PART 2 (complete).
