Summary
Contrary to popular opinion, being a phantom thief does not pay well.
Shadows leave nothing behind, and the palace’s treasures barely cover the gear his team needs to stay alive. Left with no other options, Akira must turn to the real world for a solution, or more specifically: he starts secretly crossdressing at a Maid Cafe.
It’s hard keeping all the different aspects of his life separate, but Akira is determined to make it work.
That is, until a certain detective finds his new place of employment.
AKA: how being broke, getting hired as a maid, and living two universes to the left of canon changes everything.

Zenkichi gets close enough to check his fever again and Akira blinks tiredly at him, eyes filled with tears he shamefully wipes away.
“Hey, hey, it’s okay - you’re okay kid,” He soothes, brushing his hand through his sweat soaked bangs.
“Sorry - I don’t know why - “ Akira murmurs brokenly, tears still falling down his cheeks despite his attempts to wipe them away. “I take hits all the time, I’ve been tortured, but God, this hurts so bad -“ He breaks off with a weak cry, curling even tighter into himself.

They're just teenagers; they don't really know how to deal with the aftermath of a brutal interrogation. Especially when they don't know for sure how bad it was. When Ren pushes for a quick run through the next palace, the other Phantom Thieves reluctantly go along with it, only to realize that was most definitely a mistake.

Summary
After returning home to Inaba and discovering that a beloved group of older friends are all Persona users, Ren Amamiya has spent several months reconnecting with both them and a familiar face in Shiho Suzui. But as much as he loves the Investigation Team, Ren has an unbreakable and irreplaceable bond with the Phantom Thieves. And he has been looking forward to reuniting with them for their summer vacation.
Unfortunately, a looming threat involving a new form of the Metaverse has decided to rudely interrupt their vacation. Even worse, the transition to the Jails has stripped Ren of his Personas and reduced all of their Personas down to level 1. But the Phantom Thieves have faced overwhelmingly unfavorable odds once before, and they won’t let this stop them from saving the world a second time.
Meanwhile, the Investigation Team is far from thrilled to discover that a new threat to humanity has risen, and that Ren has gotten himself wrapped up in it. They’re even less thrilled to learn that Ren has been chosen to undergo this Fool’s Journey, limiting how much they can help him. But none of Inaba's persona users are content to remain on the sidelines for long, not while Ren and humanity are in danger.

SPOILER WARNING i guess?
A roleplay created by two minds, me and my buddys. We wrote/ are writing so much that we thought: Why not just throw it out there as a story? So here it just is. Might look a bit weird and isn't perfectly fluent to read but I'm at least working hard on correcting it as best I can.
If tags/ characters/ relationships aren't in the book yet it is because we wrote so much (currently about 20.159 words) that I haven't corrected yet and can thus not post but all tags/ characters/ relationships will appear and are already added.
Sally Face is a game already as gorey as it can get, whoever knows the game knows that for a fact. But what we were missing was the goddamn gay shit and we just love to dive deep, very deep into the minds of broken people; just like Sally or Larry. That's why this roleplay exists. So like the game, gorey and broken deep shit? Take a look into the story I'd say.
