Summary
In the process of storing Bobby Jones' golf clubs, Artie gets whammied again. It's whispering to him, pulling him, luring him to touch it. It would feel so good to finally let out all his anger. He knows this job like the back of his hand, he KNOWS not to, but he's already touched it once and it's implanted itself in him, and the pull gets the better of him. He touches it, and things get messy fast when he targets the youngest of their group and has to clean up the mess he made.

The Doctor tended to like himself- his personality that was. He was a bit clumsy in this regeneration, probably due to the height, and had a harder time understanding people, but he was used to that bit! That wasn’t the problem. No, the problem was that his previous bodies were right, and this one was… wrong. And maybe a secondary problem tended to be not admitting that.

Traumas as physical ailments, the unfortunate curse of the timelord’s body. When his tenth passed, he had nothing else to lose. Everything broke him, so he knew it would be bad. Just not quite this bad. Maybe it’s lucky the Ponds found out.

In the long list of rules that Dream gave him, there were four that stuck out as the most important. Four rules that he could never break.
Stick close to the island when swimming. Always be back before seven. Never complain or hesitate to give Dream his pelt. And never, ever interact with humans.
Tommy didn’t break any of those rules often, and if he did it was a one time thing, a mistake. But this wasn’t a mistake. This was a very deliberate, very stupid move on his part and Dream would kill him if he knew what Tommy was doing.
