A partire dal rapporto con suo papà (che in effetti non ha spiccate doti genitoriali) e quello con Kageyama (emotivamente costipato e dispensatore di traumi ambulante), per poi arrivare al legame con la Teikoku Gakuen (bulli griffati molto affezionati), superando la separazione da sua sorella (bu-uh) e inaspettati slanci sentimentali (le splendide cotte delle scuole medie)...
Per passare dall'impacciato magro orfanello Yuuto all'arrogante regista e capitano Kidou, la strada è lunga.
