There were rumors circulating that management tried to keep Felix and Hyunjin apart because the company wanted to minimize rumors about them being lovers. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The reality was that the company would prefer it if they flirted on camera. They loved that shit. It brought in views and attention, which meant more money for the company. Hell, if Felix needed some quick cash, he could probably just kiss Hyunjin on a live and he'd get a cash bonus for making viral content.
Instead, Felix and Hyunjin rarely interacted because they couldn’t fucking stand each other.

This is his dream. Felix is living his dream.
He has to remind himself of that, sometimes. The stress is high. Between the dance rehearsals, the music video shoots, the live shows, the interviews, the social media posts, the songwriting, the recording sessions, etc. it can get really hard at times. And those are just the tangible things. The things you can put on a schedule. There are also the less tangible things, like the expectations and industry standards. Maintaining your appearance. Maintaining positive interactions and professionalism with staff and the press and the fans. Not being involved in any scandals.
Felix didn’t always feel like he was living his dream. Sometimes, he just felt awful and overwhelmed and in desperate need of a break.

It's hard to feel that way all the time, though, when you're constantly having to hide things from the rest of the members and the company. When you're having to fight through every dance practice and come back to the dorm like nothing is the matter.
