Explosions echoed as Pheonix unleashed his fire upon the city.
He had spent years as the pawn of the heroes, thrown into danger under the guise of invincibility. Now it was time for them to feel a fraction of the pain that had been brought upon him through years of apparent heroism. Each battle forced respawn after respawn, hidden blood coating his uniform.
Now the ruins of Hero Tower sent smoke into the sky as the city slowly died around it.
His only company aside from his own success was a hero whom he loved, now begging for any respite in the destruction that reigned.
OR
Villain!Tommy takes revenge for the pain that the corrupt hero organization caused him. The only thing standing between the city and total destruction is Wilbur, the only piece of happiness in years of suffering.

In all their years of comradery and trust, Wilbur had never seen such guilt infecting his brother’s face. Techno’s hand fell to his pocket pulling out a weapon similar to thousands that Wilbur had seen before, but he had never seen this one. In all their time together, Technoblade had never shown his lightsaber. The blade ignited, and in its light, Wilbur could see nothing but fear.
“Wilbur,” Techno seemed nervous, glowing softly in the light of his blade. “I am so sorry.” He was mourning, terrified of something that Wilbur couldn’t quite place.
“For what?” The question was natural and assumed harmless but the effect was nothing near what had been expected. With the chaos growing closer and a query waiting to be answered, Techno’s face twisted.
The infallible Technoblade could do nothing but freeze.

Tommy jumped, his feet leaving the floor as his fingers stretched to feathers. The knife intended for his gut clattered uselessly to the floor as his body shrunk above it. The muscles in his back strained, pulling tiny wings to gain altitude.
A foot scuffed the floor behind him and Tommy was forced into a shift, narrowly avoiding a large hand crushing hollowed bone. He spun to face this new threat, sending an elbow with the motion but his arm was caught, rough hands twisting the limb behind his back.
“Philza!” His captor shouted with eyes fixed on a flock of crows circling the sealed building. One bird, in particular, snapped its gaze onto the two of them.

Ranboo felt as though there was a tear in the earth’s crust opening beneath him, a black hole that had opened just to swallow him whole. His shoulders shook with sobs and tears streamed down his face. The water carefully dripped to the ground as if giving an effort to quench the flames that roared, running over his cheeks leaving irritated red streaks where the skin had time to react. His face smoked and pain seared through him but he couldn’t bring himself to care.
His focus was narrowed on the limp form he had cradled in his arms. World be damned, he was stuck in this moment with this pain. The Enderman Hybrid was shaking not only due to his battle for every heaving breath as he fought through tears, panic, and shock, but also from an uncontrollable and spontanious fear. Fear not for himself sitting in the midst of a burning city square but for the boy who lay dying in his arms due to Ranboo’s mistakes.

Summary
The world is separated by luck. People born with abilities rise to the top of society and those who were born unlucky are left to fend for themselves. A 17-year-old boy gifted with wings begins a crusade against crime, attempting to protect those who are less fortunate. Tommy hates his gifts, leaving the wings tucked away and unused. Under the ruse of a normal person, he goes out as an illegal vigilante, risking life and limb to protect those who cannot protect themselves. His best friend is not exactly thrilled with this idea and the official heroes might have something to say about it as well.
What happens when Tommy meets a winged hero who has prospered working with the feathers on his back and not in spite of them? What will the famous SBI think of a young "normal" going out to fight crime?
When the SBI is tasked with capturing the very vigilante that they have grown fond of, what chaos will occur?

Enderwalk was a creature of mystery to the majority that met him. The humanoid teleporter rarely stayed in one place for long and never got close to many people. There are a few exceptions to that rule but those cases are mostly due to situations beyond mortal control, leaving only Moirai, the goddesses of fate to blame.
He dreaded connections in the same way he had dreaded his abilities for so long, refusing to get attached for the fear of loss. Hiding himself away from the world, keeping his image to himself despite the many legal activities he partook in. It was not out of fear or necessity but instead a longing to push away those he was around. It was for the good of everyone involved.
Ranboo had a lot of complex reasons for his actions, each stemming from experience, stories he had heard, or simply a distrust of the future. These thought processes were not spontaneous. He did not just wake up one day and swear off long term contact. It took time and experience to create the conditions that created the man he had become.
To begin to comprehend his beliefs and his actions... it is best to start from the beginning...
