Summary
Based on book only - Sophie's curse was reversed, and Howl got his heart back. Naturally, they should immediately live happily ever after, but nothing ever ends so neatly.
Sophie finds herself cursed to silence with no fix in sight. Howl knows he needs to help restore Sophie's voice, but he'd much rather spend his time convincing Sophie to share his bed. Follow them through another adventure in which they learn to fall in love, properly this time.
Long chapters and every other chapter switches from Sophie's POV to Howl's POV. Only the Epilogue remains to be written!

Summary
Alternate world where Sophie never turned old, and the flamboyant Wizard Howl has been galavanting around Market Chipping for some years now. The young ladies are no longer afraid of him, but Sophie at least is very wary, especially since every time he's around trouble is not far behind (sometimes taking the form of the witch of the waste.)
Still, she has grown somewhat fond of the wizard, but she knows more than to listen to his flowery words. She has more sense than that.
But when Sophie bites off more than she can chew by agreeing to plan the Market Chipping Winter Solstice Ball, and becomes quite by accident (by way of magic) the most wanted lady in town, Howl becomes more trouble than he's ever been before!
(Also known as: Howl has a longtime crush on Sophie, but hasn't given up being a flirt! But starts to panic once Sophie becomes super popular! Now he's trying desperately to either foil the other men's plans, or woo Sophie! And of course Sophie doesn't believe a word he says lololol)
NOTES: Howl is closer to Sophie's age in this version. Currently, Sophie is 23, and Howl is 25

Their first encounter involved pointing guns at one another. As first meetings went, at least that was memorable.

There is no good goddamn reason that it should have heat pooling in his stomach, his dick twitching with instant interest inside of his boxer shorts, his heart already doing stupid little somersaults at the mere thought of getting to see Derek, of getting to be near him.
Regardless. He’s still out of the apartment and huddled into the backseat of a cab within minutes.
Booty calling your ex-boyfriend might be a bad idea, but it's not like Stiles' heart can break any more than it has already, anyway.
