At their backs, the night sky above House Hāedarys held a red glow, stars covered by black smoke. The stone dragons flanking the roof seemed to come alive, fire burning in their open maws. A mirror image of Old Valyria's might, brought down by their own magic, collapsed in flames. Aerea felt the fire's hunger, the anger. Even from far away, the flames looked like dragons, coiling around each other, clashing, snapping, biting, burning. It was glorious.
She never meant to kill anyone. Neither with fire nor blade nor fangs. Everything had gone wrong.
Something changed in the heat of the flames. The fire that granted her sisters their freedom left Aerea with a hunger she doesn’t understand, silence where a soothing voice used to be, and a strange, ghostly pain pulling her away from the life she knew.
All that remains is the taste of blood and ash, and a soul she no longer recognises.
Now she follows a path she cannot see, toward a destination she does not know, praying that whoever she is becoming is someone she can survive.And part of her is almost eager to see what comes next.

Closer like this, Scott can… appreciate the details of Pyro's looks. Shaggy brown hair falls across his shoulders, much unlike the usual, when they put it in a small ponytail. A mole sits at the corner of his mouth, and piercing, ironically ice-cold eyes like the mountain sky stare out into space.
He looks absurdly pretty. Scott wants to kiss him.
Scott is almost knocked out of breath by the thought. It's insane, and terrible, and exciting. Fuck.

Summary
I have been a fan of this series since its release back in 2013. I began Celeste's journey in 2022 as part of my second playthrough of the Final Fantasy XIV main story. While I only recently stepped into the role-playing scene, I often found myself imagining how Celeste would react to the many scenarios we faced throughout the game. Those thoughts eventually evolved into full scenes and interactions first in my head, then on paper.
With some encouragement, I decided to begin writing her story.
I don’t consider myself a writer, at least, not yet. To me, that’s a title earned through time, effort, and growth. This project, I hope, is my first step toward it.
As I continue to develop Celeste’s tale, I’ll update this site with links to each chapter as they’re released. My hope is that, if you’ve stumbled across this page, you’ll find something to enjoy in her story, one that spans the world of Etheirys and beyond.

Merlin has magic,” Uther’s words hit Merlin like a ton of bricks, the spirit disappearing as if it was never there.
Merlin closes his eyes, letting out the breath he’s been holding. He feels his back hit the door behind him, holding himself up against it. He doesn’t look at Arthur, just waits.
One breath, two breath, three breath. Nothing.
Merlin opens his eyes, looking up, half expecting Arthur to have disappeared to alert the guards. Arthur is staring at him, he is stock skill, breath coming out ragged and uneven. He looks crushed and not just from expelling his father’s spirit but that must also have contributed to it.
“Arthur,” Merlin tries, swallowing when his voice shakes with the anticipation of Arthur’s reaction.
“Is it true?” Arthur asks, his voice quiet but stern, he still holds the horn tightly in his grip by his side, his knuckles white with the force.
“Arthur I-“
“Yes or no, Merlin,” Arthur interrupts, voice suddenly louder in the empty corridor, he looks Merlin in the eye while he nods wordlessly before looking away, “you-you do. You would betray me? You?”
