One tripwire of a prophecy later, and the Signless returns. Which doesn't look great for their easy final project. In fact, things only get more complicated from there.

Karkat Vantas happened to live in a town like such, and he hated it more than anything that had ever come across him. He didnt dream of much more than a simple life, but the same thing would become boring to anybody. Him and his misfit group of friends will come across an oppurtunity when something dear to them goes missing, the question is will they look for it, or let it linger?
Alternatively : Dave Strider goes missing in the early nineteen eighties, and Karkat Vantas is the only one who seems to care about getting to the bottom of it.

It’s a shame no one believes him. After all, there’s a darker force at play at Camp Campbell, and David could use a little back-up.
