Summary
A sax player dressed in scarlet; and a fiddler wounded black and blue. Out of all of the sentiments came regret, when he found him down at an avenue.
The blue-clad fiddler wore a weary smile, he usually played a merry tune, not a ballad. The sax player eyed him for a while though he could tell that it was truly sad.

Summary
It was another day for Barbara, a young adolescent who was hated by her peers for being ordinary. She obtained their disdain by maintaining her morbid sense of humor. Children openly mocked her, furrowing their brows, calling her names like unibrow, dog or troll. Most of the villagers of Dreadsville treated her with disdain, disgust, or acted plain rude. The only ones that treat her with kindess is her aunt Elizabeth, and Marvin.

Summary
Negotiating wasn't Freckle's forte, he didn't have the malice to see the snares hidden in plain sight because he had a pure heart. Business tycoons and gangsters alike don't play fair, they play for keeps.
Rocky on the other hand knew how to play his cards right when he knew who he was dealing with. The problem was that Rocky still had feelings for the wee lad and living under the same roof would make things much more difficult. At least when he was being exploited, he was solely focused on keeping Miss M., Zib and the others safe despite the fact that he couldn’t protect himself, but now?
How was he going to resist the temptation when it was standing right in front of him?

Summary
This is just Lackadaisy inspired poetry, mostly about Rocky or other characters in general.
If there are enough poems to make a poetry book, I may rename it as Lackadaisy Poetry. No promises.

Summary
Ivy knew that something was wrong with her boyfriend. She knew he was shy, nervous, but he acted avoidant when it came to Rocky. Even though they're cousins, she had a feeling they were hiding something from her.
Freckle loves Ivy, she's his first girlfriend and possibly the only one he wants to have a serious relationship with but given how risky their job really is. He wasn't sure if it was a good idea to confess his issues with her. Especially if one of them was an intimate affair with his own cousin.
Rocky was many things, but being a deserter was not one of them. Despite his frail appearance and his penchant for attracting trouble, he would fight tooth and nail to preserve his livelihood. Lackadaisy was his turf—his home. No way was he going to get intimidated by those witless rubes.
Not by the likes of a Marigold and certainly not by these Asters.
