Summary
Kokushibou had long broken free from Muzan's control, refusing to eat humans for centuries and eventually becoming a legend amongst rural villages.
Unbeknownst to him, humans who've crossed his path and lived mistook him for a god and created shrines in his name. He only ever realised this once he met with his descendant– whose knees immediately buckled, eyes wide in feverish horror as he began to pray.

In all of Kokushibou's centuries of bloodshed, the thousands of slayers felled by his hand, driven to him like lambs to the slaughter by the orders of the Ubuyashiki clan and their hopeless war, never before had they sunk so low as to send before him a child.
He looked so much like Yoriichi, all those years ago. That sweet little face looking up at him, smiling as bright as the sun, eyes shining with nothing but pure adoration as he clutched that pathetic excuse for a flute—terribly carved by the graceless fingers of a five year old—to his chest like it was some precious, perfect treasure. ‘I think about this flute you gave me as if it were you, brother.’
The demon that had once been Tsugikuni Michikatsu took his hand off his sword.

Helina Potter is a strange girl. She’s quiet and aloof, the citizens at Privet Drive pity her because she must be deaf or unable to hear right if she can’t speak. She’s always wrapped up in loose clothes and staring off into the distance. The worst thing though, has to be the ugly, red, flame-like birthmark sitting on her forehead and curling around her eye.
Helina was tired. This was her second life, and she was so very tired. True, she was thankful to live again but this world was empty and plain. There was no Michikatsu, no Uta, no mother. The demons were gone, whether they had been destroyed or simply hadn’t reached this part of the world was unknown to her, she simply wished that Michikatsu and the Corps were able to rest now. She only wanted to rest and wait until she found her family again. Instead, she lived a plain life until a letter named her a witch.
Yoriichi was so tired and only wanted to rest until she could see her family at last. Instead, she was Chosen to be a Savior once again. Truly, this fate was a fickle thing.

Summary
The 1,000-year war against the Demon King had finally ended, thrusting humanity into a new era of peace. However, it was hard-won, with many devastating losses. The sacrifices were worth it in the end, but that didn’t mean they didn’t leave wounds that would take a lifetime to heal for the survivors.
Former demon, Kamado Nezuko, lamented being unable to properly meet many of the people from her memories before Muzan and his creations cruelly killed them. Still, she did her best to look forward to the future.
Sometimes, she would overhear talk of regrets and what-ifs. And each time, she would silently recall how she barely even had a choice in the time she lost after her humanity was stripped away from her. Could she have made a bigger difference if she could choose?
The opportunity to answer that question came with her waking up to find herself biting down on a familiar bamboo muzzle.
TLDR: Post-canon Nezuko gets thrown back in time to the start of the series with her consciousness and memories intact. She is determined to work towards a better future.
