"Connor tapped Luitenant Anderson on the shoulder, having to reach up quite a bit to do so.
"Hello, Luitenant Anderson. My name is Connor, a cyberlife android assigned to work with you on deviant cases. I hope we can work well together!"
Hank turned over his shoulder to look at him, only to blink and slowly tilt his head down.
He looked at Connor, eyes shining brightly, and said only one thing.
"What the fuck is this?"
Or: When Cyberlife is running a bit low on resources, they have to resort to making Connor a bit smaller than initially anticipated...luckily for them, Hank has some experience wrangling stupid 10 year olds.

"'I haven't heard a fucking word from you this whole time," Hank said through gritted teeth. "What, something scrambled in your servers?"
The silence Hank got in response pushed a new theory to the forefront.
"Can you even talk?"
Brown eyes snapped towards Hank. The android’s face twitched, momentarily, before smoothing into something more neutral.
Hank gawked at the passenger in disbelief. "You seriously can’t speak."
It shook its head, a couple of tiny jerks, before fixing its eyes back towards the dash.
Jesus fuck, that was useless. Of all things, why would CyberLife send in a broken android to assist with this case? And why did Hank, of all people, have to be the one to deal with it?- Language:
