Rebecca Napier is a girl who has had her share of bad luck, being born the daughter of Jack Napier is a big chunk of why her life is currently a living hell. Having to deal with everything that comes with being caught on the line between good and evil is just worse. She had plans, she wanted to go to med school. All those plans ended when she became Joker's Ace of Spades. At least the Red Hood isn't after her, well besides when she's seducing him. That's different.

Summary
Conner had a pretty good life, all things considered. He wouldn't necessarily call it a great life, but it was good enough.
Sure, living alone at Mount Justice with only a robot for company could get lonely sometimes, but he had his independence, his freedom from Lex, and his teammates on Young Justice.Unfortunately, no matter how content he was with his life, he could never quite shake the way he ached for Superman's approval. The way his insides twisted when his mistakes were met with harsh words and punishing hands. The way jealousy sunk its claws in deep every time he had to watch Superman and Jon interact. Still, he had a pretty good life, and that was all he needed.
But when an accident ends with Conner being thrown through a wall and Superman learning that his clone isn't quite as tough as he seems, that pretty good life comes crashing down around his shoulders. Superman insists these changes are for the best, that he's trying to make amends and help, but Conner isn't so sure. Not that anybody ever seemed to care what he thought.
At least Jon had a pretty cool video game collection. Maybe living with the Kents wouldn't be so bad.

"She finally stood up from her task and looked at the taiyokai. His face had not aged since she first met him. A blue crescent moon on his forehead, amber eyes, two maroon stripes on each of his cheeks, pointed ears and long silvery-white hair. But something was different. His already pale skin had taken on an ashen pallor. Almost imperceptibly there were the beginning of dark circles beneath his eyes showing a tiredness she had never seen in him. And strange enough, she could easily make out the breath passing through his lungs when usually she had to stare for a long time to see movement. What was going on?
"Are you okay?" She inquired, concern lacing through her voice.
"Worry not, Miko"
"I have to worry. You are going to be my brother after all.""

Sesshomaru is dying. He has an idea of what his sickness is but he refuses to tell Kagome of what might be ailing him so she could cure him. Resigned to his fate he asks her to stay until he dies in the next three months. Kagome agrees to stay, so she could figure out what's wrong and cure him. And maybe get away from Inuyasha.
