Pure Vanilla, desperate to stop Dark Enchantress, uses a time travel spell to visit a separate timeline in the hopes of saving her from that fate, but in doing so, brings that fate upon himself- for it was inevitable that someone would meet that fate. Now as Dark Mage Cookie, he returns to his own timeline to find Dark Enchantress.
