“You just told him to pick up the kid, so he brought him here and walked into the meeting an hour ago” Rhodey interrupts him. “He’s fine, they’re just arguing a little, you know how Peter is, so please wait – “
Tony’s consideration for his friend’s braces evaporates as soon as he identifies those screams with the familiar high pitched voice of a teenager. His teenager, actually, who is supposed to be on patrol and swinging home because his curfew is close and he has to do homework that he’s too smart for. Peter is supposed to be talking to Ned about whatever nerdy stuff is trending at the moment, and then sending those new memes to Tony, already past the barrier of ‘Dear Mr Stark, I hope not to bother you with this message’. His kid isn’t supposed to be in a room with the people who hurt Tony the most, alone in front of them.

Tommy was loud and people described him of being annoying. But even loud people have there bad days. Stress from school, streaming and needing to be perfect is overwhelming Tommy. So he starts to age regress and it helps.
Now he has to keep it a secret from his friends. As more stress from the real world starts to consume Tommy he begins to buckle under it. Hiding everything from everyone was to much. And he starts to show his true and broken colours.

He had less than a year until he was pulling himself out of the system. He knows it's an awful plan, dangerous at best and a death sentence at worse, but he can't stand to bounce from house to house with promises that "this will be the one". His caseworker has said that about every single house he's been fostered in, all 17 of them, so he doesn't let the words build even the smallest bit of hope as they pull up in front of the cozy-looking house sat on the coast of Newhaven.
Legally, he can become independent at 16. Currently, he's 15. The Watson house only has to deal with him for a few months before he's gone. He just has to hold out those months until he's free.
Would that really make him free?or
Tommy Doe, ward of the state and resident "problem foster kid", plans on becoming emancipated at 16. Phil, Wilbur, and Technoblade might change that plan.

Technoblade arrives in England. Unfortunately, his second night in the country happens to be the fifth of November and, as Phil knows all too well, Techno doesn’t cope well with fireworks.
Wilbur had always been awkward. It was just a quirk of his character, a part of who he was. Phil lends him a helping hand when he had to attend a convention.
Tommy forgot to eat sometimes. It happened, and it often ended with a lanky child on the floor. Phil just tried to keep him upright.
