Summary
Harry finds himself in a parallel universe travelling into the body of his counterpart, who happens to be the daughter of notorious gangster, James Potter. James is embroiled in a long-standing feud with rival mobster Tom Riddle, and in a bid to end the conflict, they agree that Harry and Tom will marry. This arrangement serves as a guarantee for peace between the two families.
Having spent years as a battle-hardened war commander in his own universe, Harry is now adjusting to the unfamiliar life of a young woman in 1954. He is indifferent towards Tom Riddle and views the prospect of marrying him as nothing more than a bizarre and amusing inconvenience. Harrys wondering what hes going to make for dinner that night when the news breaks and murmurs start to rumble up through the store. He doesn't know what it's about until it reaches an old woman shopping with her husband a few steps down the aisle from him.
“Well it's just so unexpected, isn't it?” She says, speaking in a hushed but excited tone, “The Dark Lord has never shown any interest in having a consort, let alone children! And now all of a sudden he's making an announcement like this? I just never would have guessed. I wonder if it has anything to do with-”
Her voice gets softer as Harry walks past her on his way to the cash register. He hates listening to gossip, not when he knows what it feels like to be on the other side of it. His curiosity is peaked despite himself though, and he finds himself glancing at the newspaper while the cashier waves his items into a paper bag.
"Voldemort declares a new era. The search for the mage to carry his heir has begun."

Summary
