“You are going to make some spark very happy someday.” Stiles chuckles, and his voice was a lot shakier than intended, so he clears his throat, “congrats on the grade, by the way. I knew you had it in you.”
Theo’s eyes are trained on the ground as he sets his bag down. Putting his hands in his pockets the Alpha says, “you’re the only Omega spark I know.” When his gaze meets Stiles’ when he finishes his sentence it takes a second for the wheels in the spark’s brain to start turning.
“Oh.” He quips, the Omega didn’t know that. Sure sparks are rare, but they’re not that rare. But the look on Theo’s face says he’s telling the truth. “Oh.” Stiles repeats, realizing that means this paper was written for him. The spark has become a parrot as, “oh,” falls from his lips again. Because that means that not only is this paper for him, but it also means that Theo is willing to court him.
Or
Stiles and Theo are roommates in college and are very obviously mates, but they're idiots about it at first.
