Summary
Fifteen years ago, the SMP declared war on the rest of the world, with Dream and his team of elite fighters having suddenly gained an unmitigated advantage: ender pearls which allow them to run circles around their enemies.
Even though the endermen were supposedly hunted to extinction decades ago.
The war is almost over now, with L’Manburg the only kingdom left standing and losing fast. Wanting to get the kids out of the crossfire, but knowing they won’t just retreat, Wilbur and Philza send Tommy and Tubbo on an impossible mission instead: find the source of the ender pearls, and don’t return until they do.
Enter Ranboo.

With a sigh, Tommy grabbed a fork and rushed over to the man with the knife, tackling him and pulling the knife out of his hand. He pressed his elbow to the guy’s neck, and looked up to see the whole restaurant’s eyes on him.
“Um. Hi?” Tommy felt his blood pressure rise at the overwhelming scene. He wasn’t used to talking to more than a couple people, and he hates the feeling that he’s just majorly fucked up and has no idea. Wasn’t it a good thing that he stopped this guy? His eyes met the man who had just nearly been assassinated, and when jade eyes met beryl ones, he instantly felt calmer. This man didn’t look annoyed, or upset or afraid.
He was looking at Tommy with an intent that Tommy couldn’t place.
Or: Tommy has been on his own, away from Dream, when he saves Philza from an assassination and gets invited to dinner. Also, Ranboo and Tubbo are wondering where the newest addition to their family went. Oh, and hybrid hunters are coming to murder some innocent people.

There was a spark to the air, a pressure that wasn’t there a moment earlier.
He felt a buzzing from somewhere deep within his bones, building, growing, and screaming that this wasn’t a place they should be.

Summary
The kid looks up at him with tears in his eyes, sniffling and seeming to be waiting for something, and Technoblade falters a bit when he sees how blue those eyes are. They remind him of Phil’s eyes, almost. It’s strangely endearing.
Technoblade tilts his head to the side, frowning a bit as he stares back, listens to the baby make quiet noises up at him. A small hand gets raised up towards Techno, and like a soft fool, he reaches his hand into the crib.

In which Pirate!Technoblade breaks into a old ship to find loot, and he finds a baby Tommy instead, who was left behind in the abandoned ship. He takes Tommy with him back to Wilbur and Phil, and they go on to raise and love Tommy while being pirates at sea.

Ranboo slowly opened his eyes and found himself in an unfamiliar (but at the same time familiar) place. Ranboo sat up as he took in his surroundings, cobblestone walls surrounded him as a boys head poked up from the ground.
A boy who wore a blue soldier uniform and strangely resembled TommyInnit if he looked. . . well, healthier. Less fucked up.
If he was. . . alive.

Ranboo doesn’t know how or why this happened.
All he knows is that one moment he’s staring at Dream as he threatens Tommy and Tubbo. Then his vision blurs as an inhuman screech leaves Ranboo as he tackles Dream, sharp nails piercing Dream’s throat and a sword piercing Ranboo’s stomach.
And the next, Ranboo wakes up in a field seemingly a year in the past as a perfectly okay TommyInnit welcomes him to the Dream SMP.

Summary
Ranboo just wants a friend. He likes working as Dream's pupil, learning magic and charms, but he's never been allowed to leave. It's too dangerous, Dream tells him. The Mist will swallow him up and never let him go. But he just wants a friend, man, is that too much to ask??
Prince Tubbo never cared much for friendships. Alliances can be useful in their places, but he's never had good experiences with people trying to control him with gifts and flattery. Until he finds a cottage hidden in the Mist, the border between the Faery world and the Human one. There's a lonely boy there, and the only favor he asks is to have a friend.

Ranboo lashes his tail. Yes? No? He knows the human is familiar and comfort and happiness. But he does not know a name, or how they met before.
Ranboo shakes his head.
“Oh. Okay,” the boy takes a deep breath. Liquid glistens in the corners of his eyes, but he’s smiling when he looks back up. “That’s okay. I’ll help you. My name is Tubbo.”

Tubbo finds out about Ranboo's Enderwalk. This doesn't really change anything between them; Ranboo is still Ranboo, when he remembers and when he doesn't. Tommy's not so sure.
Ranboo, Tubbo, and Tommy cope with their trauma in different ways but they have each other's backs.
Set shortly after Tommy was revived in prison, and then diverges from Canon. Eventual happy ending!
