Summary
Just six months ago Ash was living a normal life; he was a high school senior who worked weekends at his bestfriends family shop, baby-sat his thirteen year-old sister when needed, and of course, liked to play video games.
But that was six months ago, now he has to work for survival, to live to see another day, to not die at the hands of those corpses. Ash who was once just a normal teenager living in America's Midwest now forced to learn how to traverse the post apocalyptic world, a world where he has to re-learn everything, including who, if anyone, could he trust?Most families didn't last long enough to see September, Ash spent his eighteenth birthday huddled with his dad and sister in their basement. Before Ash fell asleep he took one last look around the room he was in; at the dim flickering lights, the cobwebs that were scattered about on the ceiling, the thick smell of mildew that clung to every surface, and the two other living bodies in the room. He wasn't planning on staying for much longer.

Summary
This is going to be one hell of a dumpster fire of a text. This story will be a full on comic one day when I get my act together but for now, let’s write.
The story follows a pirate ship named Marigold and its crew.
Marigold’s captain is Hayden, first mate/quartermaster is Justin, the cook/boatswain is Sam, doctor/healer is Ayame, cooper is Herbert and the newest member Iisak is the navigator.
The world this story is in is fictional, but it is based on 1720s Europe.
