“We.. we..” Lucy runs toward him, tripping on her own feet in excitement. On her way down, she catches onto him, “We did it!”Cooper's eyes lock onto Lucy's as she stumbles towards him. His gaze is drawn to her flushed, sweat stricken face, her dark brown hair disheveled from the fight. He can smell the metallic tang of blood on her skin, but it only adds to his attraction. "We sure did," he says, low and husky. Cooper wrapped his arms around to catch her, preventing her from falling face first to the ground, but when his arms wrapped around her waist, he couldn't help but inhale her scent.
The sweat, the blood, the adrenaline.
His little vaultie looked good like that.
In a spark of confidence and endorphins, she surges upward, capturing his lips and pulling him down to her level.

Through skill, or sheer dumb luck, Maximus is able to regain consciousness during the final showdown with Hank MacLean. Due to this, Maximus (and Dane) are able to come along with Lucy and the ghoul in their search for Hank MacLean. But the wasteland has other plans, and thou shalt get sidetracked by bullshit every goddamn time. There's trouble stewing out in the wasteland, something big, something dark, something dangerous; the group just has to figure out what it is first.

Summary
As they begin their journey across the Wasteland, Lucy is very angry and fearful towards the Ghoul, but she wants answers. He, however, is harboring secret feelings for Lucy ever since she saved his life. Having not been with anyone since Barb, and believing she would never feel the same, the bounty hunter has to deal with these feelings on his own. Little does he know, Lucy finds herself having inexplicable feelings for him as well, and struggling to make sense of them.

The Yao Guai’s head snapped up, its bloodied muzzle dripping as it locked eyes with them. Most notable was the clicking noise her Geiger counter on her pip-boy made, the glowing neon green centered on its chest and eyes indicated to Lucy that it emanated radiation. A low, guttural growl rumbled from its chest before it rose to its hind legs, towering above them and letting out an earth-shaking roar that echoed through the empty golf course.

In the dream, Jonathan was falling.
It was not the first time he’d dreamt of the radio tower.
For days now his sleeping mind had trapped him there, racing and panting and sweating as he climbed to fix the antenna.
Jonathan wished these were nightmares. He wished that when he looked down, he saw monsters racing after him. Wished that when he looked up he'd see Nancy or Will dangling from the edge of the top platform. It was a fucked up thing to wish for, he knew, but he hated that the most alive he'd felt in two years was while he was racing up a radio tower with a boy he’d hated since high school.
This dream was not like those. It was cold and fast and soaked with dread.
It was knowing nothing except the roar in his ears and the certainty of the ground below ending his life.
Even weirder, he was holding Steve Harrington's hand.
