Summary
Jason Todd wakes up in the wrong Gotham.
Here, he stayed dead. Here, his death broke his family so completely they became the monsters they once fought. Dick Grayson haunts the skyline with wings and talons, Barbara Gordon moves like a spider made of shadow, and something that might have once been Batman rules from a corrupted cave.
The city is quarantined, the air tastes of ozone and old blood, and Jason should be running.
Instead, he finds himself drawn to the creature that was once his brother—the one stalking him through twisted streets with eyes that still burn with something almost human.

When Bruce cut Jason’s throat with a batarang to stop him from killing the Joker, it damaged his vocal chords so badly that he could no longer talk. But Jason didn’t care anymore. He’s finally realized that no one wants to listen to what a dead man has to say.

Summary
A Scarecrow breakout leads to a night that no one will ever forget. Under the influence of Fear gas, Nightwing intentionally executes the Joker with the Red Hood's gun when he sees the clown attack Jason in front of him. Unfortunately for Jason, Dick is just aware enough to know he's under the effects of Fear and is certain he's hallucinating the entire thing even though this Jaybird is a lot bigger than the one he's used to seeing.
OR
Nightwing kills the Joker. Jason learns about Last Laugh. Tim's love language is Scheming. Damian sees the Power of Friendship in action and, of course, the JL insist that they've been very patient - it's their turn for custody now, Batman.

Summary
When Jason decided to come back to Gotham, he wasn’t expecting to find more kids out in masks and somehow found himself taking the teens under his wing.
While they grow closer, Bruce grows more suspicious of Red Hood’s return as the kids who refuse to join his pack slowly stop showing up for his debriefings and are seen with Red Hood. His mistrust reaches a boiling point when he notices that Damian is almost never home. He plans to stop whatever Red Hood’s plan with the kids is, no matter the cost.
Dick had always found a way to worm himself into Jason’s life. When Jason’s and Bruce’s growing tension builds, he finds himself stuck between the two.
Alternatively
ABO, Jason adopts a bunch of kids, Bruce is emotionally constipated, Dick is a mess while trying to bridge the gap between the two and Damian finally has his brother back.
